The Taco Spot in Maricopa will begin a soft opening on Monday, Sept. 28, according to InMaricopa. The restaurant is located at 44600 W. Smith-Enke Road, Suite 101.
During the soft opening, the team will use the early days to train staff and get the restaurant running smoothly. Hours will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Owner Emmanuel Flores said the grand opening is expected to happen in about a month. He said the celebration should include free giveaways, prizes and tacos.
Flores said the menu will feature a variety of tacos, with birria highlighted as the signature item. He told InMaricopa the restaurant is excited to serve Maricopa and is looking forward to “taking away your problems one taco at a time.”
