Previously unseen footage of Oasis performing in Glasgow in April 1994 has been released for fans to watch, according to NME. The gig took place at the Tramway before the band’s debut album, Definitely Maybe, came out later that year.
The roughly 30-minute video shows Liam and Noel Gallagher, Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, Paul “Guigsy” McGuigan and Tony McCarroll backstage before the show, on stage during the set, and again after the gig as they prepared to leave.
According to the Oasis Archive website, the footage was put up for auction in August 2025 and was bought by fans working through the Live4Ever forum bid. The group says the video and licensing rights were purchased for nearly £3,000 so the rare recording would not be lost.
The performance includes “Shakermaker,” “Digsy’s Dinner,” “Live Forever,” “Cigarettes And Alcohol” and “Supersonic.” The release also includes the FM radio broadcast audio from the night, and the fans behind the purchase have said they first kept it limited to donors before making it public.
