MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has married fellow content creator Thea Booysen in a private ceremony on Richard Branson’s Necker Island, according to E! News. The wedding included about 70 guests.
The celebration was part of a week of festivities that began July 14 and included kitesurfing, snorkeling and feeding the island’s wildlife. For the ceremony, Booysen wore a lacy Nicole + Felicia Couture gown, while Donaldson wore a cream and black Ralph Lauren tuxedo.
Booysen told People after the wedding that the event felt like “heaven” and said the couple was happy to have so much love around them. She added that because both of them work so much, having friends and family together in one place made the day especially meaningful.
Donaldson had previously said he wanted the wedding to stay private and low-key after his December 2024 proposal. Booysen also said the couple plans to make a similar group island trip an annual tradition for their loved ones.
