Maricopa drivers should expect another week of overnight lane restrictions on State Route 347 as paving work continues between Riggs Road and Interstate 10, according to InMaricopa.
The Arizona Department of Transportation said traffic impacts will remain in place through July 17 as Phase 1 of the SR 347 Improvement Project moves forward. ADOT is asking drivers to plan for delays and leave extra time when traveling through the work zone.
Additional daytime and overnight lane restrictions are also expected during the weekends of July 18 and July 25 while construction continues. More detailed information will be released once the schedule is finalized.
Drivers are urged to slow down, watch for crews and equipment, and be prepared for travel delays in the project corridor.
