Margaret Qualley made her first public appearance since reports of her breakup with Jack Antonoff by heading to a film set, according to E! News.
The 31-year-old was spotted in Jersey City, New Jersey, on July 22 while shooting the upcoming horror film Possession, a remake of the 1981 psychological horror movie of the same name. The project is being directed by Parker Finn for Paramount Pictures.
Qualley was seen filming scenes in an all-black outfit that included a buttoned cardigan, a long skirt, tights and short heels. In another image from the set, she wore a black long-sleeve top instead of the cardigan and had her dark hair in a loose braid.
Her return to work comes after a representative for Qualley denied rumors about the breakup, telling E! News on July 10 that claims in the press were “categorically untrue.” The rep said there were no trust issues or infidelity, and added that Qualley and Antonoff “have deep love and care for one another.”
Reports of the separation surfaced after Antonoff attended Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding in New York City with his sister rather than Qualley, according to the source. The pair first began drawing dating rumors in 2021, later confirmed their engagement in 2022, and married in New Jersey in August 2023.
