Lance Bass and Joey Fatone say their long friendship made filming their new series Cocktail Wars feel effortless. Speaking at the show’s Aug. 12 premiere party in New York, Fatone told E! News that they have known each other for more than 30 years and did not need a formal chemistry test.
Fatone called Bass his brother and said working with him has been a lot of fun. Bass returned the compliment, jokingly referring to Fatone as his work husband and saying the two have shared plenty of life experiences over the years.
According to E! News, the former *NSYNC members join celebrity guests and expert judges on the weekly competition series, where two mixologists compete to create the best cocktails for a $10,000 prize.
Bass and Fatone said they still leave the door open to future projects with their *NSYNC bandmates Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick. The group last released new music together in 2023 with “Better Place” for Trolls Band Together.
