Frankie Grande is responding sharply after Big Brother contestant Kamu Kirk made a comment about Ariana Grande during the show’s live eviction segment, according to E! News.
In a livestream from the Aug. 8 episode, Kamu shouted, “Frankie Grande, tell your sister to hit me up!” Frankie answered on X with a blunt post and a selfie taken at Ariana’s Eternal Sunshine tour.
The back-and-forth is part of a longer dispute between Frankie and Big Brother contestants this season. Frankie previously called for the show to remove Kamu and Rick Devens after they made anti-drag comments during a livestream last month, E! News reported.
Frankie later clarified his criticism of Rick, while also saying that men reacting with disgust or shock to a man wearing feminine or women’s clothing is homophobic. Neither Big Brother nor Kamu or Rick have publicly addressed Frankie’s comments directly, according to E! News.
Frankie has also been vocal in supporting Ariana’s career. In June, he told E! News he was proud of her for launching the Eternal Sunshine tour and called her “the greatest live vocalist of our generation.”
