Benny Blanco found a creative way to reach Selena Gomez in London for her birthday: he took a boat trip across the Atlantic because he is afraid to fly, according to E! News.
Blanco shared the journey in a July 16 TikTok, joking that he was traveling “across the atlantic” to see his wife and adding that he was doing it because he is scared of flying. He also wrote in the caption that it was “the things we do for love.”
The trip comes while Gomez is in London filming the upcoming sixth season of Only Murders in the Building. The pair have had some time apart, though they briefly reunited for date night at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding on July 3.
Blanco has been working on his fear of flying this year and previously described his first flight in more than eight years as a major moment for him. Gomez and Blanco married in September 2025, after beginning their relationship in 2023.
