A South Carolina man says he trusted a sudden “vision” and ended up with a $500,000 lottery prize, according to UPI Odd News.
The man told South Carolina Education Lottery officials he was sitting on his porch when he felt an unexpected urge to buy a ticket. He said the vision led him to the Cracker Jack store on Pendleton Street in Greenville.
According to the lottery, he bought two $10 scratch-off tickets there. One of them, a Gold Vault Extra Play! ticket, turned out to be worth $500,000.
The winner said he did not have time to celebrate after learning the news. He also said he plans to share some of the money with his family and give away the rest.
