Zac Brown Band surprised the entire crowd at Fenway Park in Boston on Sunday night with a major giveaway: free cruise trips for every one of the 37,000 fans in attendance, according to Rolling Stone.
The gift came as the band celebrated 15 sold-out concerts at the ballpark. Frontman Zac Brown made the announcement before the group performed “Same Boat.”
Brown told the audience that he was buying a cruise for two people for everyone in the stadium, calling it “the biggest giveaway in history” at Fenway Park. The trips are aboard Margaritaville at Sea.
According to a press release, fans can use the gift on select Margaritaville at Sea sailings over the next year, and the voyages are valued at more than $40 million. Christopher Ivy, chief executive officer of Margaritaville at Sea, said the company was honored to help Brown create the surprise for fans.
