Yungblud says he broke his leg in a motorcycle accident, but he does not appear ready to slow down. The musician shared the injury in an Instagram post on Sunday, Aug. 13, and joked that he was still “giggin” and still standing “sort of.”
According to Billboard, a representative for Yungblud confirmed that the 29-year-old broke his leg in a minor motorcycle accident last week at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota. The annual event ran from Aug. 7 to Aug. 16.
In his post, Yungblud also said he still plans to perform in Portugal and Belgium next week. Those shows line up with his scheduled appearances at Vilar de Mouros Festival and Pukkelpop Festival.
Yungblud is currently touring in support of his 2025 album Idols and his collaborative EP with Aerosmith, One More Time. Despite the injury, his message suggested fans should expect the same high-energy performances when he returns to the stage.
