Weezer has released a new video for its single “C.E.O.” and filled it with a long list of guest appearances, according to Rolling Stone. Among the names featured are Tony Hawk, Curry Barker, Dax Flame, Chit, Rob Riggle, Rob Huebel, Michael Peña, Giovanni Ribisi and Christopher Mintz-Plasse.
The video is designed as a nod to the band’s 1994 clip for “Undone (The Sweater Song).” In the new version, Huebel and Riggle portray stereotypical CEOs watching Weezer perform against a gold backdrop instead of the blue setting used in the earlier video.
Frontman Rivers Cuomo jokes in the clip that the band has already done this before, and the group eventually walks off after the director unleashes bees onto the set. In a twist on the original video, the band is then replaced by lookalikes.
The song will appear on Weezer’s 20th studio album, Weezer, due Aug. 21. The band has also announced additional dates for its Weezer: The Gathering tour, which begins Sept. 8 in Sacramento and runs through late October across North America before heading to Japan in February 2027 and Europe in May and June 2027.
