UFC flyweight Allan “Puro Osso” Nascimento has died after an apparent heart attack, the promotion said on X. He was 34.
According to the UFC, Nascimento was found unresponsive Monday morning, Aug. 3, after suffering the apparent heart attack in his sleep. Medical responders tried to help him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The organization offered condolences to Nascimento’s family, friends, teammates and loved ones during what it called an incredibly difficult time.
Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Nascimento signed with the UFC in 2021 and finished with a 4-2 record in six appearances, according to ESPN. He was also known for his black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and often shared posts about discipline and training on Instagram.
