Turnstile has announced a new reimagined version of its 2025 Grammy Award-winning album NEVER ENOUGH, according to Stereogum. The band says NEVER ENOUGH: VERSIONS is not a remix album or a covers collection, but something they are describing as a reimagined album.
The project includes a wide range of contributors, led by Elton John. Other artists involved include Slayyyter, Blood Orange, Four Tet, Hayley Williams, Faye Webster, A. G. Cook, Julien Baker, Alex G, Oklou, Porches, Floating Points, Chanel Beads, Shabaka, Kettama and Mustafa.
Several of the contributors have connections to Baltimore, Turnstile’s hometown, and the surrounding area. That list includes Panda Bear, Angel Du$t, Nourished By Time, Dan Deacon, Brandon Woody, Rod Lee and Dying Fetus, which is based in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
NEVER ENOUGH: VERSIONS is set for release on 8/28 via Roadrunner. Turnstile’s fall tour begins next month and will feature 16 dates with curated lineups that include Clipse, Ceremony, Thundercat, Slayyyter, Hatebreed, Vince Staples, Die Spitz, Pennywise, Cold World, Texas Is The Reason, Yves Tumor and others.
