Travis Barker says he does not watch The Kardashians, even though he appears on the Hulu reality series with his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, according to E! News.
Speaking on The New York Times’ Popcast podcast on Aug. 6, the Blink-182 drummer said he often does not really register that he is being filmed. He added that he prefers not to treat it like something unusual is happening around him.
Barker, 50, said he does not give input on episodes before they air. He also said he does not see himself as a main character on the show, describing himself instead as an accessory.
There is one exception: Barker said he watched a special wedding package Kardashian put together using footage from their 2022 ceremony. He said their relationship has also been shared more openly in his documentary Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, including their miscarriage and IVF experience.
According to Barker, the couple chose to talk about those experiences because they could help other people feel less alone. He said stories like theirs can be meaningful when they may benefit or comfort others.
