Blake Robertson, who appears on the current fourth season of Netflix’s The Ultimatum, was arrested in October in Nacogdoches, Texas, according to an arrest record viewed by E! News.
The arrest was tied to an allegation that Robertson put his hands on girlfriend Hayley Hendrich. The couple entered the reality series together, with Robertson giving Hendrich the ultimatum.
Robertson’s attorney, Sean Hightower, told TMZ that the case was dismissed by a prosecutor almost immediately and that the records were expunged. Robertson confirmed that account to E! News, saying the case was dismissed within a month and that Hendrich signed the affidavit.
Hendrich told TMZ she declined to press charges and said she and Robertson spoke privately about the incident. She also said she believed public accountability should still happen, according to the publication. Season four of The Ultimatum was filmed in the spring of 2025 and began streaming on Netflix July 15, before the October arrest.
