Drivers using State Route 347 should expect delays this weekend and again next week as ADOT crews continue work between Casa Blanca Road and Mammoth Way, according to InMaricopa.
Northbound and southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane starting at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2. Those restrictions are set to remain in place around the clock through Monday morning.
The lane reductions will return nightly from Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 5-7, while crews conduct materials testing, the report said. Southbound SR 347 will then be narrowed again from 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, to 5 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, for paving.
ADOT is asking drivers to slow down, obey posted speeds, and merge carefully through the work zone. The agency also recommends allowing extra travel time and staying alert for workers and equipment.
