Snooki is sharing another update as she prepares for the next step in her cancer treatment. Five months after revealing that she had been diagnosed with stage one cervical cancer, Nicole Polizzi said on TikTok that her surgery is coming up soon.
In the video, the Jersey Shore alum said she had been busy traveling but is now focused on what she called “game time.” She explained that a recent PET scan was used to help determine the next part of her treatment plan.
According to Snooki, the scan showed that her cancer has not spread. She also described the procedure as stressful, saying she was surprised by the radioactive material used during the scan and joked that she had to avoid being around her children for the rest of the day.
Snooki said she recently had blood work and an EKG ahead of her hysterectomy, which she said is very soon. She also thanked fans for their support and said she plans to share another update after the surgery.
