Ryan Reynolds made time for his family while attending San Diego Comic-Con 2026, according to E! News.
Blake Lively shared a screenshot on her Instagram Story from a FaceTime call with Reynolds and their 3-year-old son, Olin. In the photo, Reynolds was dressed in a denim version of Deadpool’s costume while Olin sat in bed with Lively and held a picture book.
Lively wrote that the call interrupted Olin while he was reading a Captain America book. Olin’s face was covered with a bear emoji in the post, and he was wearing green striped pajamas.
Reynolds also posted about his Comic-Con appearance, saying he spent time on the convention floor in disguise and enjoyed surprising fans. Lively reshared that video and called it her kind of surprise.
At the event, Reynolds even stepped into the Marvel panel and asked the Avengers: Doomsday cast when filming would begin. He has not been announced as part of that movie, though he recently told fans there will eventually be another stand-alone Deadpool film.
