Southern Charm star Rodrigo Reyes shared before-and-after photos on social media this week to show his weight loss progress over the past four years, according to E! News.
In his Aug. 7 post, Reyes said he once never thought he would post the earlier photo publicly, but now sees it as a reminder of how far he has come. He wrote that he no longer feels embarrassed by it and instead sees it as a version of himself who was ready to make changes.
Reyes said his transformation did not come from one major moment. Instead, he credited steady effort, building a routine he could maintain, staying active even when he did not feel like it, and making better choices more often.
The 40-year-old interior designer said he is especially proud of the consistency it took to get to this point. He also acknowledged that loose skin is one of the realities of significant weight loss, but said it does not change how proud he is of his progress. Reyes, who proposed to fiancé Tyler Dugas in September 2024, added that wellness has become part of his life rather than something he is always trying to restart.
