Princess Eugenie has revealed the full name of her newborn daughter: Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank, according to E! News.
In an Instagram post on Aug. 17, Eugenie said the name honors “three people we love and admire past and present,” including her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, who died in 2022. She added that the name reflects both English and Portuguese history, two places the family says they love and call home.
The 36-year-old royal welcomed the baby girl with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, earlier this month. The couple are also parents to sons August, 5, and Ernest, 3.
Eugenie said the family is enjoying a “cosy and loved-filled time” since the baby’s arrival, and wrote that “Augie and Ernie are already the best big brothers.” E! News also reported that the royal family announced the baby’s birth on Aug. 4, saying the child arrived safely in Lisbon, Portugal, on Aug. 3.
