Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt say they are prioritizing co-parenting their daughter

Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are saying their focus is on their daughter after their breakup. According to E! News, the former couple shared a statement on July 31 about how they are handling co-parenting.

“We are cooperatively co-parenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority,” Davidson and Hewitt said through their representatives to Page Six. They added that they are committed to working together so their child receives love from both of them.

The Saturday Night Live alum, 32, and the model, 30, welcomed their baby girl, Scottie Rose, in December 2025. Hewitt announced the birth on Instagram at the time, calling her daughter “our perfect angel girl.”

Rumors that the pair had split began circulating months later, and Hewitt appeared to address the breakup in a May 16 TikTok video, saying she was providing for their baby “on my own.” A source later told E! News that Davidson was financially supporting both Hewitt and the child, and said the comedian was still fully involved in Scottie’s life.

Davidson has spoken before about wanting to become a father, saying on The Breakfast Club in August 2025 that becoming a dad had long been a dream for him. Hewitt also told Parents in June that motherhood had changed her in a deep and powerful way.
