Paris Paloma used her set at Bilbao BBK Live 2026 to speak out against AI and encourage fans to support human artists, according to NME.
Performing on the San Miguel stage on the festival’s first day, the singer-songwriter introduced her song “Miyazaki” with a message about her dislike of AI art. Before launching into the track, she told the crowd that anyone who values art should not use AI because it “sucks.”
Paloma also made a separate remark during the early evening set, naming “Elon Musk, Andrew Tate and all those other losers” before performing “Good Boy.” The song addresses the manosphere and includes a quote from actor Emma Thompson.
The performance came shortly after Paloma announced she will donate £1 from every ticket sold for her upcoming tour to Plan International UK. Her next album, “The Fatal Flaw,” is set for release on September 4, following her 2024 debut “Cacophony.”
