Maricopa-based Orbitel Communications has named Latisha Rose as its new president and general manager, making permanent the role she had held on an interim basis for nearly a year, according to InMaricopa.
Rose had been serving as interim president and general manager since September 2025. Schurz Broadband Group President Diego Anderson said in a statement that Rose has done a remarkable job leading the company and praised her customer-focused, performance-driven leadership.
Rose has nearly 20 years of experience with Orbitel and has worked in several cross-functional leadership positions, especially in finance and customer care. Before joining Orbitel, she worked in manufacturing, banking and health care, and later moved to Arizona from Pittsburgh.
Outside the company, Rose serves on the Maricopa Alliance for Prosperity and previously served on the board of the Maricopa Community Foundation. Orbitel provides internet, voice, video and mobile services to residential and business customers in Maricopa, Sun Lakes, SunBird, Robson Ranch, SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch.
