A North Carolina man has landed a $1 million scratch-off prize just two months after winning $100,000 in another lottery game, according to UPI Odd News.
The North Carolina Education Lottery said Sanford resident Oscar Mendoza bought his $10 Jumbo Bucks ticket at the Circle K on South Horner Boulevard in Sanford.
Mendoza claimed the million-dollar prize at lottery headquarters on Friday. That visit came about two months after he was there to collect a $100,000 prize from a $100,000 Cash Payday scratch-off ticket in May.
