A new electronic festival called Temper is set to make its debut in San Diego this winter, according to Billboard. The event will take place at Petco Park on Wednesday, Dec. 30, just before New Year’s Eve.
The lineup features a heavy bass and techno focus, including Zeds Dead, Crankdat, Whethan, G Jones, Mary Droppinz, Distinct Motive, Levity b2b Richard Finger, and Sara Landry. The festival will also include Ninajirachi, a DJ set from singer-songwriter Tiffany Day, and performances from Starjunk 95, Bad Girl Bailey and others.
Temper will span three stages across the Petco Park field and surrounding area. A press release said the event will include “thoughtfully curated spaces” and immersive production.
The festival is being produced by LED Presents, the San Diego electronic promoter behind year-round events at venues and spaces including Gallagher Square, EQ and Quartyard. Presale tickets are scheduled to begin Aug. 10 at noon, with general sale starting Aug. 11 at noon PT.
