Ministry will release its 17th and final album, Hate To Go (Take Out or Delivery), on Oct. 30 through Cleopatra Records, according to Rolling Stone. The band has already shared the first single, “Burned Out.”
Frontman Al Jourgensen said in a statement that he is “completely at peace” with the decision to end the band’s recording career. He reflected on Ministry’s path from With Sympathy to the present and said, “It’s time to herd goats.”
The album includes one last collaboration with legacy member Paul Barker on the final track, “We’re Still Here.” It also features current members Monte Pittman, Cesar Soto, Paul D’Amour, John Bechdel and Pepe Clarke Magaña.
According to Rolling Stone, Ministry will follow the album with an international farewell tour in 2027. The Goodbye Europe Tour begins April 2, 2027, in Utrecht, Netherlands, with more European dates announced and a full U.S. run planned for later.
The band also has several final U.S. shows scheduled for 2026, including dates at Chicago’s Salt Shed, Red Rocks in Colorado, and appearances at Louder Than Life and Sick New World Texas. Jourgensen founded Ministry in Chicago in 1981, and the group is recognized as one of industrial music’s pioneers.
