“Lost” alum Maggie Grace has finalized her divorce from Brent Bushnell, according to court documents obtained by People. The divorce was finalized on Aug. 13, 2025.
Grace had privately filed for divorce in Washington state in May 2025, listing the couple’s separation date as Oct. 1, 2024. In the filing, she said the marriage was “irretrievably broken,” according to TMZ.
According to the court documents, Grace and Bushnell had already reached a property settlement and separation agreement, and Bushnell signed off on the divorce petition. Neither side asked for spousal support.
People reported that Grace was granted primary custody of both children. Bushnell has custody of their son every weekend, and their daughter will move to a similar schedule once she turns 3-and-a-half. As part of the divorce, Grace also reverted to her maiden name, Margaret Grace Ives.
