Kyle Richards is opening up about the RHOBH moment she regrets most. In an interview published Aug. 3 by The Hollywood Reporter, she said the season one limo scene with her sister Kim Richards remains difficult for her to watch.
According to Kyle, the argument showed a painful family dynamic on television and still makes her emotional. The scene, which involved castmate Adrienne Maloof, became one of the franchise’s most memorable moments after Kyle called Kim “sick” and “an alcoholic” during the dispute.
Kyle said she would not handle the situation that way now. She explained that she would not lunge at Kim in the limo and that she understands alcoholism differently today.
She added that it took years of being filmed to learn how to confront people more constructively. Kyle, who is the last original cast member still on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, said the experience was a lesson that came over 15 seasons on the show.
