Kelly Osbourne honored her late father, Ozzy Osbourne, with an emotional Instagram post one year after his death, according to Billboard.
Posted Tuesday alongside a black-and-white photo of Ozzy when he was younger, the message was written as a letter directly to her father. Kelly said she still feels his presence in quiet moments, in the wind and in music, and described the loss as painful while also calling it a privilege to have loved him so deeply.
She also wrote about her 3-year-old son, Sidney, saying she sees her father’s smile, spirit and mannerisms in him. Kelly shares Sidney with Sid Wilson.
Ozzy died in July last year at age 76, only weeks after his farewell concert with a reunited Black Sabbath. According to Billboard, he had been dealing with Parkinson’s disease and other health problems before his death.
Kelly has spoken previously about how difficult the period after her father’s death has been, saying in the months that followed that she would not be okay for a while.
