Kanye West has settled a 2024 lawsuit filed by his former personal and executive assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, according to Pitchfork and court records.
Pisciotta’s lawyer, Arick Fudali, said the matter has been resolved. The terms of the unconditional settlement have not been made public.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta accused West of drugging, sexually assaulting and sexually harassing her during her time working for him and his companies from 2021 to 2023. Her claims also included allegations that he masturbated in front of her on a private jet and that he repeatedly touched and groped her without her consent.
The complaint was later expanded to include additional allegations, including an incident she said happened at a party co-hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs. The article notes that it contains descriptions of alleged sexual assault.
