Jay-Z has announced additional concerts in London and Los Angeles as part of his 30th anniversary tour, according to NME.
The rapper will now play a second night at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on September 5, following the previously announced September 4 show. He has also added another date at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on October 24, one day after the originally scheduled October 23 performance.
Tickets for the UK show go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on Thursday, July 30, with a presale set for the day before. The same applies to the Los Angeles dates, according to the report.
The new shows come after Jay-Z recently staged three concerts at Yankee Stadium, which marked celebrations of his albums “Reasonable Doubt” and “The Blueprint.” Those shows featured several guest appearances, including Beyoncé, Blue Ivy Carter, Nas, Alicia Keys, Eminem, Pharrell and Rihanna.
During the third Yankee Stadium concert, fans were held up for nearly four hours after a reported security breach led to a stadium lockdown. When Jay-Z eventually took the stage, he thanked the crowd for their patience and said he had “got some shit for you.”
