Hilary Duff is opening up about the cosmetic treatments she says she has had over the years. In an interview with People published earlier this month, the 38-year-old said, “I do all the things,” adding that she loves Botox and is “obsessed” with microneedling and salmon sperm facials, according to E! News.
Duff said the unusual facial treatment worked well for her and was enough that she encouraged her husband, Matthew Koma, to try it too. She said he is now “obsessed” with it as well. The couple shares three children, Banks, Mae and Townes, and Duff also has a son, Luca, with ex Mike Comrie.
While Duff discussed her cosmetic choices, she has also spoken publicly about feeling good in a body she describes as imperfect. On The Mother Daze podcast in 2023, she said she felt “so much happier” in her body and more like herself.
She also said she is embracing aging rather than fighting it. Duff told the podcast she cannot wait to turn 40, and said each year makes her feel more like herself. She added that her husband thinks she will win awards in her 40s.
