Fat Dog have released a new single called “Shit Love,” the third track to arrive from their forthcoming album Cancel Me (I’m Tired), according to NME.
The song is a fast, synth-led effort, and frontman Joe Love described it as being about “two fucking insane people who argue constantly and they are world-enders every time.” A visualiser for the track has also been shared.
Cancel Me (I’m Tired) is the follow-up to the band’s 2024 debut WOOF. In a press release, the album was described with a long list of sweeping terms, including electro-punk, art-pop, rock’n’roll and space-country influences.
The album is set for release on October 2. It follows earlier singles “Go Fuck Urself” and the title track, while the band are also spending the summer on festival and support slots before a UK and European headline tour beginning in October.
