Sean "Diddy" Combs’ prison release date has been moved up to Jan. 24, 2028, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records viewed by E! News. The date had previously been listed as Feb. 23, 2028.
Combs is serving a four-year prison sentence tied to prostitution-related charges. The latest update is the fifth time his expected release date has changed since sentencing, according to E! News.
He was recently moved to solitary confinement at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey after a reported fight with another inmate, multiple outlets reported. One source told ABC News the altercation may have started after another inmate made a remark to Combs.
A prison spokesperson declined to give details about the incident, saying in a July 24 statement to TMZ that the facility was not allowed to release internal information about any inmate in its custody.
