Tame Impala surprised the crowd at Boston’s TD Garden by bringing Jennie onstage to perform “Dracula (Remix),” according to Rolling Stone.
Jennie appeared in a black, gothic-style dress as red lights filled the stage, and the audience reacted loudly when she came out. During the performance, the pair moved around the stage together while red confetti fell during the second verse.
When the song ended, Kevin Parker praised Jennie from the stage, calling her a “legend.” While Tame Impala has performed the track live before and Jennie has included it in her solo shows, this was the first time the two acts performed it together onstage.
Rolling Stone reports that Parker had teased at the start of the concert that it would be a special night. The remix, released in February after the two artists teased it on social media, became a Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 and also gave Tame Impala its first Top 10 entry on the Billboard Global 200.
