Detroit synth-punks Credit Card have announced their debut full-length, Devil’s Night / Dead Internet, which is set to arrive next month, according to Stereogum.
The band, known for a noisy live show that reportedly uses a strobe light and a subwoofer, describe their sound as a mix of abrasive vocals and heavy, industrial-leaning beats. They released their debut 7-inch, (CC), last month.
Stereogum reports that the group’s publicist has called the new project a “mixtape,” while the band has referred to it as an album on Instagram and sold copies at a Detroit show last month.
The first song from the release is “Harsh Times,” a screeching, pulsing track. The project’s tracklist includes songs such as “cute.exe,” “RHCP Tattoo,” “Lifestyle Creep,” and “Do What You Want.”
