Audrey Nuna releases first solo single in two years with bold new track 'superHuman'

Audrey Nuna has released a new solo single, “superHuman,” marking her first solo outing in two years, according to NME.

The Grammy-nominated Korean-American singer and songwriter last issued solo music with “Trench” in 2024. Her latest track comes after she reached a new level of visibility by voicing Mira in the hit film KPop Demon Hunters.

Released through Republic Records, “superHuman” was made with producer Cirkut, whose credits include work with Rihanna and Lady Gaga. The song mixes rap, pop and R&B, continuing Nuna’s habit of blending styles.

In a statement quoted by NME, Nuna said she wrote the song during a period of major change and wanted to reflect “redemption,” “validation” and “the tides finally turning.” She also said the song was meant to remind listeners to “stay human” and see that being human can be a superpower.

The single is also tied to Riot Games and serves as an official track for the 2026 VALORANT Champions Tour. Nuna recently launched her solo live show and has been performing at festivals in Europe and beyond, with more dates scheduled this month.
