Travis Scott has unveiled the music video for “When I’m Home,” the end-credit song from The Odyssey, according to Rolling Stone. The track was created with James Blake and Ludwig Goransson and first arrived on July 17.
Scott said earlier this month on The Tonight Show that he directed the video himself. He said he was proud of taking on the project, adding to his previous directing experience with Circus Maximus, the short film tied to his 2023 album Utopia.
The five-minute visual shows Scott, Blake and Goransson in a dark wooded setting centered around a makeshift temple that later turns into a fiery backdrop. As the scene unfolds, each artist performs their part, with Scott also using a flamethrower in the video.
Scott announced the release on Instagram, writing that the Cactus Jack team guided him through the Swiss valleys for the project. The new video comes as Scott continues to expand his work in film, after making his feature film acting debut in The Odyssey.
