System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian has been revealed as part of the cast for the second season of Dexter: Resurrection, according to NME.
The sequel series stars Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan and follows the original Dexter show, which ran from 2006 to 2013. Season one of Dexter: Resurrection aired last summer, and its success led Paramount Plus to renew the series for another season.
Season two is set to air later this year. New photos released by Paramount Plus show Odadjian’s character, R.H. Martin, tied to a column while Dexter stands nearby in a tense confrontation.
Odadjian has also worked behind the camera on music videos for System Of A Down, including Toxicity, and appeared in the film Zoolander. In 2024, he told NME he did not know what would lead the band to release new music, saying it would depend on everyone being in the right place at the right time.
