Rihanna shared a rare family photo from Barbados this week, posting an Instagram image of herself with A$AP Rocky and their three children outside her childhood home, according to E! News. The singer said the moment felt surreal as she brought her kids back to Rihanna Drive.
The photo showed the couple’s children — RZA, 4, Riot, 3, and Rocki, 10 months — gathered in front of the house where Rihanna grew up in the suburbs of Bridgetown. Rihanna wrote that she once felt like “that kid from Westbury,” before reflecting on returning to the landmark with her own children.
Rihanna Drive was established as a cultural landmark in 2017 and gives fans a chance to visit the colorful home Rihanna grew up in, according to the report. In the caption, Rihanna also praised God and called the experience “trippy” while celebrating how life has changed.
The family trip included more than the visit to the landmark. According to E! News, Rihanna and A$AP Rocky also marked Riot’s third birthday with a Spider-Man-themed party, and Rihanna took part in Barbados’ Crop Over Festival wearing a bright Carnival look with oversized feathers.
