Ricki Lake is marking two years since she underwent a facelift and neck lift by sharing previously unseen before-and-after photos on Instagram, according to E! News.
In her July 18 post, Lake said she had a deep plane lower face and neck lift, along with a mild CO2 laser treatment. The 57-year-old added that she is pleased with the outcome and called the results remarkable, natural and long-lasting.
Lake explained that she decided to have the procedure in 2023 after losing 40 pounds and noticing extra skin under her chin. She said it was not something she believed would tighten on its own, and described the surgery as a leap of faith.
The former talk show host has been open about the work she has had done, saying in previous interviews that she wants to be transparent and avoid stigma around plastic surgery. Lake has also spoken publicly about her weight loss journey, which she and her husband, Ross Burningham, pursued together.
