Rainbow Kitten Surprise is joining the Rolling Stone Rock Tour, according to Rolling Stone, with a performance set for Sept. 24 at Terminal 5 in New York.
The show will feature an opening set from L.A. band Common People. Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. Eastern on July 22, followed by the public on-sale at 11 a.m. ET on July 23.
Rolling Stone said the band has had a busy year, following a headline tour and a performance at Bonnaroo 2026 that stood out during the festival. Rainbow Kitten Surprise formed in North Carolina in 2013 while the members were in college.
The group released its fifth studio album, Bones, last fall. The Rolling Stone Rock Tour launched in 2025 and has already featured sold-out shows from Mk.gee, the Beaches, Wet Leg and MJ Lenderman, with more dates still to come.
