According to InMaricopa, the least expensive home sold within Maricopa city limits closed for $215,750.
The property is described as a single-story home with a bright, open layout that links the kitchen, dining area and main living spaces. It includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a primary suite that has its own bathroom.
InMaricopa also noted another low-priced sale in the area: a 2022 manufactured home set on 1.28 acres. That residence has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a family room and walk-in closets in both the primary and secondary bedrooms.
The manufactured home sits in a rural setting with desert views, mountain views and no HOA. According to the report, it also has county-maintained road access and room for outdoor use.
