A Maricopa man was arrested after police say he urinated against a wall in public and had his penis visible during the incident, according to InMaricopa.
Police say Arnoldo Salcedo, 31, was at Terragona Boulevard and Playa del Rey Lane around 9:36 a.m. on Sept. 19 when he stood by a brick wall and began urinating. A person driving by with his wife and daughter saw the scene and recorded it on a cellphone.
According to the probable cause statement cited by InMaricopa, the witness told police Salcedo’s penis was visible. Officers reviewed the video and said it showed Salcedo facing the wall, with his penis visible at one point.
Police also said Salcedo was drinking beer in public. An open case of beer was found with him, and a preliminary breath test reportedly showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.30. He was booked into Pinal County Jail on suspicion of indecent exposure and public consumption of alcohol.
