Katy Perry’s concert film The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris is set to play in more than 150 cinemas across the UK for a limited time, according to NME.
The film will launch in cinemas and IMAX in 70 countries on September 2, with ticket sales in the UK starting next Thursday, July 30. It will also screen in Ireland, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, France, Australia and other countries.
Footage for the 132-minute feature was captured over two sold-out shows in Paris last November using a 60-camera setup. The performance includes songs such as “Teenage Dream,” “California Gurls,” “Dark Horse,” “Roar,” “Firework” and “The One That Got Away.”
According to NME, Perry’s tour sold more than one million tickets across 91 shows in 23 countries. The tour also raised £81,918 for Music Venue Trust in the UK and $264,814 for her Firework Foundation in the US.
The film is directed by Paul Dugdale and produced by Daniel E. Catullo III of 10 Lives Studios, and it includes behind-the-scenes bonus content alongside live performance footage.
