Isla Fisher says she has found strength in the year since finalizing her divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen after 13 years of marriage, according to E! News.
Speaking at the Spa Weekend premiere in Las Vegas on Aug. 7, Fisher said her female friendships have played a major role in helping her recover and recognize how strong she really is. She said she feels grateful for the support of the women in her life.
Fisher also said working with Anna Faris, Michelle Buteau and Leslie Mann on her new film, which opens in theaters Aug. 21, made this chapter of her life feel more grounded. She described the cast as supportive and said they quickly clicked, with a natural chemistry on set.
Before the divorce was finalized in June 2025, Fisher had spoken about the pain of the breakup and said she and Cohen remain committed co-parents to their three children. In earlier interviews, she said friends including Courteney Cox and Kate Ritchie helped her through the transition.
