Hilaria Baldwin is opening up about how she and Alec Baldwin handle parenting their seven children, according to E! News.
On the July 29 episode of the Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast, Hilaria said the couple both have strong personalities, but that she sees herself as the “alpha parent.” She explained that Alec sometimes has to ask her before making decisions for the children.
Hilaria also said Alec has his own responsibilities in the household, including managing the family’s social schedule. She added that, with so many children, she can even miscount them at times and joked that she sometimes has to go through all the names before getting the right one.
The couple, who married in 2012, share Carmen, Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo, Eduardo, Maria Lucia and Ilaria. Alec also has daughter Ireland from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
