Harry Jowsey is responding to online theories that his on-screen wedding to Amber Mozo on Let's Marry Harry was not real. According to E! News, the 29-year-old said the ceremony was part of a TV production that delayed the legal paperwork until after the reunion.
Jowsey explained in an Aug. 16 TikTok that production did not want the marriage license submitted right away because it could have spoiled the show. He said that if the paperwork had gone through immediately, viewers might have learned the outcome before watching the finale.
He also said the couple still had a decision to make about whether to legally complete the marriage after the reunion. Jowsey noted that fans would see what happens once the reunion airs and the paperwork is either filed or not filed.
Jowsey admitted he did not fully understand the logistics of a wedding before filming the finale. He told E! News in an exclusive interview that he felt a strong connection with Mozo early on, including an intimate moment he said he kept private because Mozo asked him to.
