Fontaines D.C. have announced two small U.S. headline shows for next month, according to NME. The Irish band will play Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre on September 21 and Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles on September 25.
The dates come ahead of the release of the group’s fifth studio album, Dopamine Chamber, which is due out on October 16 through XL Recordings. The band recently shared the album’s lead single, “Marianne,” which was produced by James Ford.
Fans can register for pre-sale access to the New York and Los Angeles dates until 6 p.m. ET on Monday, August 24. The pre-sale starts at 10 a.m. local time on Tuesday, August 25, and general ticket sales open at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, August 28.
The two shows add to a busy run of festival dates for Fontaines D.C., including Reading and Leeds next weekend, Electric Picnic in Ireland, and later appearances at Shaky Knees in Atlanta, Sea.Hear.Now in New Jersey and Ohana Festival in California.
